This 6-week plan is gonna help you get jacked. Tanning you'll have to do on your own (we recommend getting some sunshine whenever possible). You're going to lift 4 times a week to build muscle and strength and follow each lifting session with metabolic conditioning to help keep you lean and fit.

Your program will be delivered in PDF format, ready for you to follow along. Feel free to print it out, it's yours to keep. Just don't get your tanning oil all over it.
